WHERE IS THE STUDIO?

WHAT IS THE PRICE OF THE SESSIONS?

The BRAND NEW studio is conveniently located in at 112- 20171 92 A Ave in Walnut Grove, Langley, just a few minute drive from most Langley neighbourhoods or just right over the bridge for our Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge friends.

HOW MANY PEOPLE IN A SESSION?

Price averages $29/ session, 1/4 of the cost of regular personal training. A fantastic value.

I'M NERVOUS I'M NOT FIT ENOUGH

Girl stop it, we adjust every workout to your level and make sure you leave sweaty and happy! If you prefer to start with a few one on one sessions make note in the contact form below.

We average 6-8 women per session 

HOW LONG IS THE COMMITIMENT?

CAN YOU WORK AROUND INJURIES?

Just  3 months when you start - think of it like getting to know a new friend, we take it slow.

By a certain age we all got a little 'something' holding us back. We customize every exercise for the person, allowing us to make things harder or modify for previous injury. We got you.
